My story and I am sticking to it.
Yesterday another mom and I were having talk therapy at the store. My baby is leaving for college soon and her is a Senior in high school this year. Oh the struggles for these momma hearts.
About that time, my son walked by and tossed this 45 record my way. When I noticed the name and song, I got sentimental. In my mind he was giving me the 45 as a physical reminder that he will also love me. Even when he leaves soon.
When I asked him, he rolled his eyes and said no! I tought you would like it.
I like my version better, so we will stick with that.
And if you are curious, yes it wil be propped up somewhere in our house as a reminder.
