We’re on a mission to try as many different pizzas as we can.
I’ve gotten a little tired of the typical fast-food chain pizzas, but let’s be honest—it’s still the go-to when your kid asks for pizza night.
A customer of ours mentioned a small convenience store about 15 minutes down the road, up on Lewis Chapel. They said they’ll occasionally go out of their way just to grab a pizza from there because it’s that good. That was enough to get our attention.
So one night, we gave it a try.
We ordered two pizzas—one supreme and one pepperoni. When my husband placed the order, the guy asked if he wanted everything on the supreme. He said yes. Looking back, I probably would’ve asked what all came on it… next time, we’ll skip the jalapeños.
When I say they loaded this pizza down, I mean it. There were toppings on every inch. The sauce was light—barely there—which is exactly how I like it. You could actually taste the toppings instead of just getting hit with tomato sauce.

The slices were heavy, filling, and honestly more than we expected. Where we’d normally eat two or three slices, everyone was full after one or two.
While C&G Quickstop isn’t somewhere I’d typically think to order pizza, it’s definitely earned a spot on our list for future pizza nights.
If you ever find yourself out this way and craving pizza, it’s worth the stop.
