Another adventure hits the blog.
This time we headed to The Caverns for a K-Pop music event inside a cave.
Yes… a concert in a cave.

Before the music even started, the venue had a few fun extras set up. There were food trucks outside, a photo area, and even a makeup and hair station where people could transform into K-Pop Demon Hunters. We skipped the glam station, but Dad did stand in line for nearly an hour to grab some boba tea for his little girl.
Loud music, vibrating sound waves, flashing lights — it sounds like it could be chaos. But The Caverns have been hosting underground concerts since 2018 and have welcomed nearly 100 shows, so it’s clearly a well-run and safe venue.
I’ve always thought hearing live music in a cave would be incredible. However, most shows happen at night, and this old lady prefers to be home by dark.

When I saw a Sunday afternoon K-Pop event, it felt like the perfect opportunity.
I finally got to experience a concert inside the cave, and our daughter got to hear some of her favorite K-Pop music.

According to my husband, we attended a rave, not a concert. Either way, the sound was incredible. The acoustics inside the cave were unreal — you could literally feel the music moving through your body — and the light show made the whole experience even better.
She (and I) eventually relaxed and allowed ourselves to sway to the music — allowing ourselves to be in the moment instead of worrying about what was happening around us.

If you ever get the chance, a cave concert is pure magic — and totally worth it.
